9 Month Milestone

Standing in the crib. And getting there on your own. It's a milestone.
And . . . it caught me off guard.

So this is what I walked into this week. Our baby boy - our little preemie 6 pounder - standing in his crib. What happened? Where is our baby? I expected it to go fast. But not this fast. Baby time is gone. We're being shoved into toddler time.

Giggling. I love to see William giggle. This time he's laughing at himself. I imagine he's saying, "Now this getting up on my own thing is cool."

Just hanging out. Me and my stuffed toys. It's all good.

Father's Day

Father's Day was a very special weekend for Brad and William.
They hit the golf course that Brad and his dad played on so much when he was a boy (it helped that it was in their back yard). William fell asleep around the 7th hole - but we thought that was pretty good for our squirt on his first time to the golf course.
They also wore their matching - well, coordinating - Pebble Beach shirts to church on Sunday. Last year when we were in California, Brad tried to buy himself a matching onesie to match with William's - but when it was a little too small - we decided coordinating shirts were the way to go :)

Brad had bought coordinating "Pebble Beach" shirts during our California trip last year when I was 6 months pregnant. So here they are in their Pebble Beach outfits for Father's Day. Posted by Hello

For Father's Day, Brad wanted to take William golfing on the same course that Brad and his dad spent so much time on together. It was a very memorable event. Posted by Hello

William and Brad. What a fun time! Posted by Hello

I'm holding WIlliam back from taking off in the golf cart. We'd have a problem if his legs could reach the peddle . . . he had a strong grip on the wheel. Posted by Hello

Fun

Here are some fun pics from the past couple of weeks. The last 2 weeks have been hectic with VBS. But William has been a trooper and so pleasant (so the nursery workers say) being put in the nursery every day.
